IS THE CREW PROPERLY TRAINED AND EXPERIENCED?

Every shipper using Bagby’s Advantage Service will have the same driver and helpers from start to finish.  No casual labor is hired.  The crew is your personal crew and the success of your move is their total concern and their full time livelihood.

IS THE EQUIPMENT SAFE AND CLEAN?

All equipment used by Bagby Transfer Company in Advantage Service is owned and maintained by Bagby Transfer Company.  This same equipment is exclusively assigned to a crew.  They care, and part of showing how much they care is the manner in which they keep their equipment.

ARE THE SCHEDULES PROMISED TO THE SHIPPER REALLY MET?

Every shipper using Bagby’s Advantage Service has priority use of a van.  All packing, loading, and delivery dates and times will be strictly met.  With Bagby’s Advantage Service 9 AM on the 23rd means between 8 AM and 11 AM on the 23rd.  Most often it means 9 AM.  Some leeway is allowed for traffic.  In the event of any delays beyond the driver’s control, the shipper will be contacted as soon as possible and other provisions made.  This is highly unusual.

IS THE OFFICE SUPPORT STAFF HELPFUL, WELL-TRAINED, AND EXPERIENCED?

If ever a blue ribbon is deserved, it is deserved by Bagby’s office support staff.  With an average of ten plus years of service, the men and women in the Bagby office are dedicated to making a move as easy as possible for Bagby’s customers, and equally important, to help Bagby’s drivers, helpers, or packers do their job as efficiently as possible.  Every Bagby Advantage move is flagged to insure a level of service that is truly to the shipper’s advantage.

EVEN WITH THE MOST CAREFUL MOVERS THAT CAN BE SOME CLAIMS.  HOW ARE CLAIMS HANDLED?

Two distinct advantages.  If there are any claims, Bagby handles them directly through their office with an experienced person in charge.  Bagby packers, drivers, and helpers share in any claims payment and they take the responsibility of any claims very seriously.

IS THERE FOLLOW-UP AFTER THE MOVE?

Although Bagby Transfer Company is large enough to serve all needs of its shippers, Bagby is still small enough to give personal attention to every Advantage Service move.  Before, during,  and after the move its usual to be called and called on by sales and customer service.  Our customers are the most important part of our business and at Bagby, WE CARE!

WHO IS MY MOVING COMPANY?

IS PROPER AND ADEQUATE STORAGE AVAILABLE IF NECESSARY?

At Bagby Transfer Company shippers have available a 85,000 square foot fully sprinklered and fully secured warehouse facility.  Climate-controlled storage is available. Bagby’s warehouse is government approved and without doubt one of the cleanest and most efficient in the moving industry.  Warehouse visits are welcome.
